Wen helped us buy our first home in San Mateo. I can confidently say that with any other agent, this deal would never have happened. The house that we ended up purchasing required a LOT of extra work on Wen's part in order for it to go through. The seller's agent was extremely unresponsive and difficult to get ahold of, and all other buyers who had attempted to reach them had given up. Because Wen was the only agent aggressive enough to force them to respond to her, we were eventually able to get into negotiations with no competing offers (extremely rare in such a hot market). This often required her repeatedly calling, emailing, and texting multiple points of contact within their brokerage in order to get a response. Ultimately, she helped us score this off-market listing at an outstanding price in a neighborhood that we otherwise could never have afforded.
